New data is created in the EmerServices feature dataset within the GIS2_working.gdb.
First a new address is requested or an old one is requested to be deleted by the property owner. If it is a new address, then a point is recorded in the field using a Trimble Ranger where the driveway intersects with the adjacent road. That point is post processed using GPS Pathfinder. The new point is added into an ArcGIS .mxd and an editing session is started. A new point is placed directly on the building site if it is visible in the most recent aerial imagery. If not, then a point is placed based on the description by the person who requested the new data. All attribute data is then entered immediately after the data point is created. When new aerial imagery is acquired a visual inspection will be done and any points that need to be moved will.

Data is first recorded in the field with a Trimble Ranger where the driveway intersects the adjacent road and then the point is placed directly over the building using 9" aerial imagery or placed based on a description by whoever requested the new address.
The data is continuously updated as new address requests come in, which is on a weekly basis in the spring through the fall. Few if any requests are made during the winter months. This dataset consists of all addresses within Todd County, Minnesota.
